Heavenly Honeycomb Crunch Brownies
INGREDIENTS:
125g dark chocolate
100g honey comb crunch bar
170g butter (melted)
250g sugar
2 eggs
10ml vanilla extract
95g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
METHOD:
1 - Chop dark chocolate into chunks and melt then set aside to cool, 2 - In a small bowl beat your two eggs
3 - In a separate bowl mix the sugar and butter with a mixer adding the beaten eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes until mixture becomes light and fluffy mix in the melted chocolate making sure it's not too warm
4 - Sift on flour and cocoa powder then fold in - be careful not to over mix snap up Honeycomb Crunch bar and fold in the pieces
5 - Bake to 20-25 mins on 180 degrees
Let it cool and enjoy!
