Gooey salted caramel cookies with protein chocolate by @foodiefittwinmummy mummy 🍪
Ingredients:
2 small bananas
2tsp flax
4tbs almond milk
1tbs Nushfoods caramel and hibiscus yoghurt
2tbs zero maple syrup
2tbs coconut oil
1/2tsp vanilla essence
1 cup gluten-free oat flour
1/2 cup vanilla vegan protein
1/4 cup Sukrin gold
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2 bar Benefit Chocolate 85% dark cacao protein chocolate
1/4 cup salted caramel mixed seeds
Recipe:
🍪 combine flax with almond milk in a small bowl and set aside for 5 mins
🍪 mash bananas and add rest of wet ingredients
🍪 mix dry ingredients except for chocolate and seeds in a separate bowl
🍪 combine wet and dry
🍪 fold in chocolate and 3/4 of seeds
🍪 scoop cookies out on to a parchment lined baking tray * Mine made 10 but they’re pretty big
🍪 bake at 180 for 12-14 mins.
